Terms of use.

Last updated June 2026.

These terms govern your use of judemarketing.co.uk, the website of JUDE™ Marketing & Creative Ltd (company number 16330309), a creative marketing agency based in Warwickshire, United Kingdom. By browsing the site, submitting an enquiry or subscribing to The Letter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. They are written to be read, not buried, so they are shorter and plainer than most.

About us

JUDE™ Marketing & Creative is a marketing and creative agency working with hospitality, wellness, beauty, bridal, lifestyle and luxury service brands across the United Kingdom and internationally. Our work spans brand direction, creative direction, SEO and web design, social media and content, paid campaigns and ongoing retainers. You can read about how we work on our practice page.

Using this site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to access and use this site for your personal or internal business purposes: to read about the studio, review our work, read the Journal and get in touch. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, republish or commercially exploit the site or its content, except as these terms allow.

Intellectual property

The JUDE™ name and wordmark, the design of this site, and all content on it, including text, page copy, journal articles, photography, illustrations, case study material and downloadable assets, are owned by JUDE™ Marketing & Creative Ltd or by the clients, photographers and licensors credited. All rights are reserved. In particular:

Case studies, client work and results

The client work shown on this site, including the case studies on our practice page and the projects referenced across our selected work, is shown with the relevant client’s permission. Figures and outcomes describe specific engagements at specific times, with specific budgets, teams and market conditions. They are shared to illustrate how we think and what the work can achieve; they are not a promise, forecast or guarantee of equivalent results for any other brand or engagement.

Enquiries and material you send us

When you submit an enquiry through our contact page or homepage, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Ideas, briefs and materials you send us before an engagement begins are received in good faith; we treat them with discretion, but formal confidentiality applies once a written agreement is in place. How we handle the personal information in your enquiry is set out in our privacy policy.

The Letter

Subscribing to The Letter is free and voluntary, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any edition. The Letter is editorial in nature; nothing in it constitutes professional advice tailored to your circumstances, and decisions made on the strength of it are your own.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. In particular, you must not:

We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, and decline to correspond, where these terms are breached.

Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site current and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may amend, move or remove content at any time without notice, and we do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Content on this site, including the Journal, is general commentary and information; it is not professional advice for your specific circumstances, and you should take appropriate advice before acting on it.

Third-party links and embedded services

The site links to third-party websites and uses a small number of embedded services, including Google Fonts for typefaces and Google Maps for our location maps. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and for which we are not responsible. Our own use of cookies and browser storage is described in our cookie policy.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations in relation to the site, and we will not be liable to any user for any loss of profit, business, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or reliance on its content. This site is provided free of charge; if you are dissatisfied with it, your remedy is to stop using it.

Client engagements

Commissioned work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, intellectual property, confidentiality and everything else that matters. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement, constitutes an offer capable of acceptance, or fixes pricing; figures shown on the site are indicative starting points and may change. If you would like a current proposal, begin an enquiry.

General

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder continue in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy policy, cookie policy and accessibility statement, are the entire terms on which the site is provided. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance.

Definitions

In these terms, “the studio”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean JUDE™ Marketing & Creative Ltd. “The site” means judemarketing.co.uk and its pages, including the Journal and the practice and service pages. “Content” means everything published on the site, in any format. “You” means the person or organisation using the site.

Trade marks

JUDE™ and the JUDE™ wordmark are trade marks of JUDE™ Marketing & Creative Ltd. Other names and marks appearing on the site, including client brand names, belong to their respective owners and appear with permission or as fair reference. Nothing on this site grants any licence to use any trade mark.

Journal content and citation

Articles in The JUDE™ Journal are editorial commentary on marketing, brand and the luxury industry. They reflect our views at the time of writing and the industry moves quickly, so older pieces should be read with their dates in mind. You are welcome to cite the Journal with attribution and a link. You may not republish articles in full, translate them for republication, or use them to train commercial machine-learning systems without written permission.

Feedback and ideas

If you send us feedback or suggestions about the site or the studio, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation. This does not apply to confidential material shared under a signed agreement, which remains protected by that agreement.

Photography and credits

Photography on this site is the work of the photographers credited on the relevant pages and is licensed for our use. Where case study photography is shown, the underlying rights commonly remain with the photographer or the client. Requests to license or reuse any image should come to us and we will route them properly.

Some final mechanics

Nothing in these terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship between you and the studio. We are not liable for any failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of third-party infrastructure on which the site depends. You may not assign or transfer any rights under these terms; we may assign ours to a successor of the business. These terms do not confer any rights on third parties under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Updates to the site and these terms

The site changes as the studio does, and these terms are revised from time to time alongside it. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be visible here, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If a change matters to something you are relying on, take a copy of the version you accepted.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or the use of this site, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Linking to this site

You are welcome to link to any page of this site, provided you do so fairly and legally, without suggesting an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist, and without framing or embedding the site within another in a way that misrepresents it. We may withdraw linking permission where a link damages the studio’s reputation or misleads its audience.

Related policies

Use of this site is also subject to our privacy policy, which explains how personal information is handled, our cookie policy, which describes the minimal storage the site uses, and our accessibility statement, which sets out the standard the site is built to. Together with these terms, they are the complete set of policies governing the site.
