While the new website is being built, the only information we gather is what you enter into the enquiry form:
We set no cookies until you choose to accept them. Beyond the enquiry form, the only optional data is anonymous analytics, described below.
We use your details for one purpose only: to read your enquiry and reply to you. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, namely responding to someone who has asked to speak with the studio. If your message leads to working together, we will agree separately how we handle information from there.
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how this page is used, for example how many people visit and which links they follow. It runs on a consent basis: when you first arrive, nothing is set until you choose. If you accept, Google Analytics places a small cookie so we can count visits; if you choose essential only, no analytics cookies are set and the page works exactly the same. We do not use analytics for advertising, and we never try to identify you personally. To change your mind later, clear this site’s data in your browser and the notice will appear again.
We never sell your information or pass it on for marketing. A small number of trusted providers help us receive and store your enquiry securely:
Each acts only on our instructions. Some may process data outside the UK, in which case appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses apply.
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and, where relevant, to follow up about working together. If nothing comes of it, we remove your details within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Just write to hello@judemarketing.co.uk and we will help. If you are ever unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather hear from you first so we can put it right.
When the full JUDE website launches, this notice will be replaced by our complete privacy policy. Until then, this page reflects how we handle your information during the holding period.
